MY STORY

​

My relationship with music began at an early age and quickly developed into a lifelong passion that continues to inspire my work as a performer, composer and teacher.

​

Over the last three decades I have performed in a wide variety of musical settings, released numerous albums, composed original music and worked with students from many different backgrounds and age groups.

 

Alongside my performing career, teaching has always remained a central part of my professional life. Helping students discover their potential, develop confidence and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a musician.

Professional Musician

More than thirty years of experience as a performer, songwriter and composer.

 

Recording Artist

Composer, performer and producer of sixteen original albums spanning a variety of musical styles.

 

Educator

Teaching since 1998 in schools, colleges, universities and private tuition settings.

 

Music Producer

Supporting students and artists in songwriting, recording, arrangement and music production.

• More than twenty-five years of teaching experience

TEACHING APPROACH

 

No two students are the same.

Some students thrive through structure and technical development, while others learn best through creativity, exploration and practical application.

 

My role as a teacher is to discover the learning style that works best for each individual and create lessons that are engaging, challenging and enjoyable.

OUTSIDE THE LESSON ROOM

Beyond teaching, I continue to work actively as a musician, composer and producer.

This ongoing professional activity allows me to bring real-world experience into every lesson, helping students understand not only how music works, but also how it is created, performed and shared with audiences.
